CRM vs. Customer Engagement

Their is CRMs and then their is ENGAGEMENT.

How do you engage your customers? Is it once, is it mutiple times a year? How do you separate yourself from every other sales person simply trying to hard sell some something?

How do come across as unique is a world of clutter, but more importantly- how do you provide value where value might not currently exist?

Like most sales people, I realized early on that I needed sales system to help me with my respective business but like most things, the $300 I spent on ACT CRM was soon forgotten.

I recently have been turned on Jeffrey Gitomer’s – Ace of Sales. Much like anything ‘Gitomer’. I believe this too is a game changer when engaging clients both new and old. I highly recommend giving it a try.
